Abstract

The purpose in this research examined to know there was any influence of family environment on students’ liveliness in Islamic education learning process at junior high school 3 Logas Tanag Darat Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research used correlational quantitative research. The subject in this research was all students at junior high school 3 Logas Tanah Darat. The object in this research was influence of family environment on students’ liveliness in Islamic education learning process at junior high school 3 Logas Tanah Darat Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this research involved 83 students, and when all population less than 100 persons, all population became sample and took sampling 83 students. Data collection technique used questionnaire, and documentation. based on data analysis that was done, it was known that family environment influenced on students’ liveliness in Islamic education learning process at junior high school 3 Logas Tanah Darat Kuantan Singingi Regency. Simple linear regression analysis result showed significant score 0.000 and 0.000 < 0.05 and this research hypothesis was accepted. The influence score of family environment was 0.317 or 31.7% classified into low, because it was in range 0.20 – 0.399 that stated in correlational coefficient interpretation table. Meanwhile, others 68.3% was influenced by others factors. It meant that the hypothesis was accepted. The relationship level between family environment toward students’ liveliness in Islamic education learning process at junior high school 3 Logas Tanah Darat Kuantan Singingi was in low category.
