Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how the interaction between Rabbit Urine POC and Mutiara NPK 16:16:16 affects the growth and production of rainbow corn plants. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design with two main factors. The first factor was the concentration of Rabbit Urine POC, which included five levels (0; 100; 200; 300; and 400 ml per liter of water). The second factor was Mutiara NPK 16:16:16, with four levels (0; 3.75; 7.5; and 11.25 g per plant), which resulted in 20 treatment combinations with three replications, a total of 60 experimental units. The parameters observed included plant height, longest leaf length, flowering age, harvest age, cob diameter without husk, cob length, cob weight, and number of seed rows. Data were analyzed statistically using the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction between Rabbit Urine POC and Mutiara NPK 16:16:16 had a significant effect on plant height, flowering age, harvest age, cob diameter without husk, and number of seed rows. The best treatment was at a dose of Rabbit Urine POC of 400 ml per liter of water and Mutiara NPK 16:16:16 at a dose of 11.25 g per plant. Rabbit Urine POC also had a significant effect on all parameters observed in plants. Meanwhile, Mutiara NPK 16:16:16 showed a significant main effect on all observed parameters at a dose of 11.25 g per plant. Keywords: Rainbow Corn, Mutiara NPK, Rabbit Urine POC.
