Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of institutions engaged in the implementation of Umrah, PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Kota Pekanbaru provides good service to its pilgrims so that PT Musafir continues to gain the trust of its pilgrims, Satisfaction is a fulfillment of expectations. Customers can be said to be satisfied with the products and services provided if customer expectations of the products / services provided have met or even exceeded their expectations. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at PT Musafir Tour & Travel in Pekanbaru. The subject in this study was the Umrah Jamaah at PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Kota Pekanbaru. While the object in this research is the satisfaction of Umrah Pilgrims at PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Kota Pekanbaru. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The sampling technique is to use the Slovin formula, with the number of samples With a total research sample of 87 respondents. While the data collection technique is using questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative research, in analyzing data descriptive analysis is carried out. Based on the results of this study on the analysis of Umrah Pilgrim satisfaction at PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Pekanbaru City obtained from respondents' answers, it can be concluded 93.83% which means that the analysis of Umrah Pilgrim satisfaction at PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Pekanbaru City is classified as "Strongly Agree" with a percentage of 81%-100%. Which means that the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at PT Musafir Tour &; Travel Pekanbaru City is 'very satisfied'
