Abstract

This research discussed about “(the implementation of sharia business ethic at sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana residence)” where it was very important of implementation of sharia business ethic to push improvement of consumer number at sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana Residence Pekanbaru. The phenomenon in this research got some cases in Indonesia especially in Pekanbaru city Riau province, about how the implementation of sharia business ethic at sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana residence at Pekanbaru city Riau province. And related to the implementation of sharia business ethic at sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana residence at Pekanbaru city Riau province. This research used descriptive qualitative research. Technique used in data collection to examine informant in this research in qualitative research that was by researcher got in specific social situation, doing observation, and interview to president director that known about social situation. People appointing that became data source done in purposive sampling, where people that considered most knowing about situation and condition in research field. Research informant was three persons; president director, project director as object, and customer as subject of sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana Residence Pekanbaru. With the implementation of sharia business ethic could be value added in every product and it could improve consumer number and income indirectly. Facility influenced and giving value added in every product at sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana residence to make customers more increase than before. Facility and services from the implementation had important role on consumer improvement. The role that was given from facility and services could make consumer sharia home ownership credit Alma Perdana residence became safety and comfortable to get.
