Abstract

Delivery services was a developing business nowadays, it was caused by technology development and also online selling development. Besides, this business had problems such as delivery pricing and postpone delivery. The purpose in this research examined to give sharia economic perspective review on business athic at delivery services at JNE agent Pekanbaru. This research was qualitative research and it was done by interview to JNE agent Pekanbaru city. The implementation of business ethic that was happened to goods delivery services at JNE Pekanbaru city consisted of goods delivery mechanism, and delivery pricing. It was known that in action goods delivery services mechanism at JNE pekanabru city consisted of giving package from sender to JNE admin at receiving counter, next, this package forwarded to processing section to be registered, and after that package delivered to JNE destination agent, then, the package was sorted in warehouse and finally the package delivered to customer. Related to delivery pricing, it based on actual scaling and integration. Sharia economic perspective review, on business ethic at goods delivery services at JNE Pekanbaru agent showed that the practice of using goods delivery services to do goods delivery services contract was in Ijarah agreement. The infringement in good delivery implementation by JNE pekanbaru city followed by the offence from requirement of Ijaroh agreement. Related to delivery pricing, it was opposite with Islamic rule, that it must do salary payment suitable with really scaling without scaling integration. It based on Surah Hud verse 85 and regulation customer protection no. 8 year 1999 that was in chapter 8 grain c, that was stated that businessman or services was forbidden to sale goods and services that was not suitable with size, dose, scaling and number of counting based on really size.
