Abstract
This study aimed to determine the influence of Islamic Education teachers' performance on student achievement at Junior High School 3 Singingi Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The background of this research was that students had low report card grades in Islamic Education, some students received test results with incorrect and inaccurate answers, students' comprehension abilities were low, and some students required remedial classes in Islamic Education. This research used a quantitative approach. The subjects of the research were the students, while the objects of the research were teacher performance and student achievement. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involved hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the research results, it was concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating a significant influence of Islamic Education teachers' performance on the achievement of students at Junior high School 3 Singingi Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This result was shown by the value of t calculated > t table (3.445 > 1.990), and the significance value < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05).
