Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of culinary promotional content in increasing customer trust among Instagram followers @kulinerpku. This research uses quantitative research methods with an explanatory approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to Instagram followers of the @kulinerpku account. Based on the slovin formula, 399 respondents were obtained with the research results that promotional content has an influence of 60.3% on customer trust for @kulinerpku Instagram followers. And every addition of one unit of promotional content variable, the value of the customer trust variable will increase by 0.839 + 0.463.
