Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of grade 4 students of SDN 01 Sungai Apit. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. In this study, researchers took a sample of 22 students from grade 4. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of grade 4 students of SDN 01 Sungai Apit. This is indicated by Sig (2-tailed) obtained a value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the relationship between the two variables has a good correlation at the 0.05 level with a high category. r at a significance level of 5% is 0.422 while rxy = 0.995 so that (0.0995> 0.422) is obtained and is included in the high category.
