Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the affect of profitability,company’s age,ownership structure to timeliness of financial reporting on pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Data used in this research were taken from company’s annual financial report obtained from www.idx.co.id .type of data used in this research is secondary data. Population of this research pulp and paper listed in indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2017.The samples in this research were gathered using puposive sampling with the total sample of 35 samples. The results of this study indicate profitability,company age,and ownership structure dont have affect the timeliness of financial reporting.
