Abstract
This study aims to analyze how PT. Minda Brilian Sukses uses and applies persuasive communication strategies to attract potential clients for hypnotherapy services. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis method involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects in this study are the Director who also serves as the hypnotherapist, the Administrator, and three hypnotherapy clients. The results show that PT. Minda Brilian Sukses Clinic implements a persuasive communication strategy through a psychodynamic approach. In applying this strategy, several barriers and challenges arise. To address these obstacles, they frequently use two specialized communication techniques: the hypnotic language pattern and the double-bind technique. Additionally, there is a final phase after hypnotherapy called the evaluation stage, which ensures the client’s recovery and maintains a long-term relationship with the client.
