Abstract
The internet provides various kinds of convenience for users in communicating with other users. To access the internet, of course we need a network provider or internet service, one of which is Indihome. There is a growing issue of data breaches carried out by irresponsible people so that many customers are worried about their personal data being accessed by other parties. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing communications carried out by Indihome Sumbagteg in responding to the issue of breaches. customer data. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of this research conclude that IndiHome Sumbagteg's marketing communication strategy in responding to the issue of customer data breaches is effective in restoring customer trust and maintaining the company's image. Using AIDA theory, it is proven that proactive, transparent and educational communication can attract attention, maintain interest, build desire and encourage positive action from customers.
