Abstract
An organization in the activity of disseminating messages within its units requires a communication style to create regular communication and build the culture that the organization wants to have. This is reflected in Gebu Indonesia, a startup who moves in the field outsourcing with the following consent part-time agency. Where this company provides supply HR to clients who need services such as cashiers, waitress, helper, until event worker. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were 3 informants involved in this research, namely the Operations Manager, active partners and ex-Gebu Indonesia partner. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews and documentation through research objects. The data validity technique used is triangulation. This research uses the communication style theory developed by Stewart L Tubbs and Sylavia Moss. It was found that in Gebu Indonesia, the dominant communication style is used in the information exchange process in the company Structuring style, the relinguishing style, the equalitarian style, dan the controlling style.
