Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERS' INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT PT METROPOLITAN MULIA SARANA P (PRIORITAS PEKANBARU BRANCH) HIKMA THIA NUR KHALILLAH 208110223 FACULTY OF PSYCHOLOGY ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF RIAU ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication from a leader is very necessary to support smooth communication within a company. A good leadership interpersonal communication system and relationships can minimize the occurrence of gaps in various parties within the company and can also minimize work that has an impact on low job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction at Pt Metropolitan Mulia Sarana (Prioritas Pekanbaru Branch). The research method used in this research is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods are a type of research whose specifications are systematic, threatened and clearly structured from the start until the creation of the research design. From the research results, it is known that leadership interpersonal communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Pt Metropolitan Mulia Sarana (Prioritas Pekanbaru Branch).
