Abstract

This study aims to determine the public services for IMB management at DPM-PTSP Kampar Regency and the inhibiting factors. The assessment indicators used include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This research is located in DPM-PTSP Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing a situation that is carried out to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more variables. The number of samples in this study were 7 people. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of observation and observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative starting from data reduction or choosing the main or important things then presented in the form of data presentation that refers to the information obtained during the study then drawing conclusions about public services for IMB management at the Regency DPM-PTSP Kampar.
