Abstract
The research background is that the Si Koncang application aims to make things easier for society. The aim is to receive information from the village and then to process letters needed by the community, providing fast, accurate and integrated services across all regional government agencies. The type used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research results of the innovation idea are running well and are innovative in accordance with technological developments. The communication channel indicators concluded that the first aim of establishing the Si Koncang service was to provide services to the community. Time period indicators are as follows. The time to use the innovation will be faster than manual service. The indicator of the social system is that the existence of transparency through Si Koncang eliminates the community's distrust in the management of the village government so that the relationship between the village government and the community continues to be good and there is no more cheating by the village government towards the community because all information is easy to obtain.
