Abstract
The development of animated video learning media is included in research and development (R&D). This research aims to produce animated video learning media on a variety of valid sub-materials of living creatures. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which has three stages, namely Analysis, Design and Development. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets and validated student response questionnaires. The sampling technique used in the research was simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using scale method analysis techniques with a modified Likert scale. The results of validation by material experts obtained an average percentage of 91,66% (very valid). The validation results by media experts obtained an average percentage of 87,5% (very valid). The results of validation by learning experts received an average percentage of 94,58% (very valid). The learning media developed received a good response from students at three schools with an average percentage of 86,48% (very valid). So it can be stated that the animated video learning media developed is very valid and suitable for use in learning. Keywords : Animated Video, Development, Diverse Living Creatures, R&D
