Abstract
The purpose of this research to find out the form of government networks in handling cases of violence against women, one of which is sexual violence in Pekanbaru City. Cases of violence against women in the city of Pekanbaru occupy the largest number of cases in Riau Province. The presence of Network Governance is a new euphoria in law enforcement between institutions in cases of violence against women through appropriate programs and written coordination between actors. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative method with snowball sampling data collection techniques. The results of this research indicate that the government network in the city of Pekanbaru is considered not yet optimal in carrying out written cooperation regarding the technical process of law enforcement against women.
