Abstract
The development of guided inquiry-based LTPD learning media is included in research and development (R&D). This research aims to produce LTPD development media based on guided inquiry on viral material. This development research using the ADDIE model has three stages, namely analysis, design and development. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets and practicality questionnaires. The sampling technique used in the research was random sampling. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets and questionnaires. The validator results by media experts show that the learning media developed has an average percentage of 90.63 (very valid). The results of the material expert validator obtained an average percentage of 93.75 (very valid). The results of the learning expert validators obtained an average percentage of 91.66 (very valid). Validation results were also obtained from three biology teachers with an average percentage of 91.66% (very valid). The learning media developed received a good response from students at three schools with an average percentage of 85.32, which is quite good. So the overall assessment obtained is a percentage of 91.83% with a very valid level of validity and it can be stated that the LTPD learning media developed is very valid for use in learning.
