Abstract
Diversity of Plants for Postpartum Herbal Medicine in the Malay Community in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau and Its Development as a Class X SMA Module DARA FEBRILIA RESQI NPM. 186510683 Thesis. Biology education study program.FKIP Riau Islamic University. Advisor: Dr. Ibnu Hajar, S.Pd., MP ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the feasibility of teaching materials in the form of biology modules on biodiversity material based on the results of research on the use of plants as postpartum medicine used by the Malay community in the Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan. The stages of this study consist of finding information on the use of plants as postpartum medicine in Dundangan Village, Terantang Manuk Village and Betung Village. The techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation using descriptive quantitative methods. Then continued with module development. Validation of the module with three expert validators and two Biology teachers from high schools in Pangkalan Kuras. Aspects assessed in the validation stage include aspects of content feasibility, language aspects, presentation aspects and graphics. Implementation of the module in learning can be done after improvements to invalid criteria.
