Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of accounting on laundry business whether it has applied the concept of accounting so as to generate financial information in running the business. This research was conducted in sukajadi sub-district pekanbaru city,regarding this research wichh become the object is laundry entrepreneur residing in sub district of sukajadi.In this research, small business of laundry that exist in sukajadi pekanbaru city consist of 21 business. This research used cencus method to all small laundry business in sukajadi pekanbaru city. After all the data is collected, the data is grouped by their respective types and than poured in tabular form and the authors can draw conclusions as a result of the research undertaken.Based on the result of research and discussion, the implementation of accounting by small laundry entrepreneurs has not been in accourdence with the basic concept of accounting.
