Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the Occupational Health and Safety Program on the performance of employees at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang. With a population of all employees at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang as many as 46 people. The data collection method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that the results of the test for the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study. It is known that the value of R Square is 0.724 or 72.4%. This means that around 72.4% of employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang can be explained by the variables of work safety and occupational health and the remaining 27.6% is explained by other variables such as work motivation and work compensation. the results of the multiple linear regression analysis carried out obtained the regression equation Y = 3.201 + 0.487 X1 + 0.593 X2 where a = 3.201, b1 = 0.487, and b2 = 0.593 this illustrates that work safety, ability and work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang. The results of the Fcount test are (56.457) > Ftable (3.20) meaning that simultaneously Occupational Health and Safety have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang. The results of the work safety t test show t count t count (3.231) > t table (2.0129) with a significant value of 0.002 meaning that partially the work safety variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance Employees of PT. PLN Persero UP3 Padang. Occupational health t test results show t count tcount (4.902) > ttable (2.0129) with a significant value of 0.002 meaning that partially the occupational health variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance Employees of PT.
