Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication on employee performance through Team Work at PT Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 61 employees with a sample of 37 employees using purposive sampling method. This study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on team work, then team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and team work mediates the effect of internal communication on employee performance positively. and significant at PT. Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru.
