Abstract
Faculty of Economics and Business Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of the Fendy fashion store Sawang Tanjung Batu Kundur Barat district Karimun Regency. The sample population for this study consisted of Thirty Four employees. A targeted sampling method was used for sampling, and a portion of the population was sampled by Thirty Four employees. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, and data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Fendy fashion store employees, Sawang Tanjung Batu Kundur Barat district Karimun Regency. The degree of relationship between the two variables is included in the large category. This means that the variables of job satisfaction and work environment are very good at explaining employee performance variables.
