Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the nonphysical work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at the women's empowerment and child protection services in Riau province. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. In this case the researcher took several populations as samples by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 90 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously the nonphysical work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially work discipline has an effect positive and significant to employee performance.
