Abstract

The difficulties experienced by the community, especially in the activities of community organizations, are in registering and submitting registered certificates (SKT) for mass organizations at the National Unity and Political Agency (Kesbagpol) of Riau Province. Not to mention that registered mass organizations are required to provide manual activity reports. Therefore, a Community Organization Services Information System (SIYANMAS) was created at the Riau Province Kesbangpol Agency to facilitate community activities, especially in the field of mass organizations, in achieving their goals. Apart from that, the Kesbangpol Agency also makes it easier to process registered mass organization data because the data in the system has been stored in a structured database. This system has several main menus and features that can support user performance both in terms of admin and registrants. In developing the system, of course the system will be tested using Blackbox testing results so that the system can be tested and is suitable for use. Apart from that, the system development uses the Waterfall method. Previously, this system had been tested by several staff at the Kesbangpol Agency of Riau Province and the Pekanbaru City Community which was processed using the 5 Likert method. The percentage result obtained was 93.6%, which means that the system that has been built is very feasible and in demand by the community.
