Abstract

The lack of discipline in implementing services in the Tuah Negeri Village, Tenayan Raya District, has caused the service process to be complicated and take a long time to provide a Certificate of Compensation (SKGR). And also people who are still apathetic and old paradigm in carrying out Certificate of Compensation (SKGR) services. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of public services in the Tuah Negeri Village Office, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. For this reason, the authors used qualitative research methods as techniques for data collection and direct interviews with informants and informants. Research results show thatFirst The attitude of the officers was quite good even though there were times when they were constrained because the atmosphere was already difficult to communicate with the community, because residents who came to take care of SKGR were residents who had problems with their data,SecondThe service procedure is simple, residents only need to come with the requirements. In accordance with existing regulations, this procedure actually supports SKGR services.ThirdThe service time is efficient according to population administration service standards, because officers in providing services are in accordance with the schedule and working hours set by the Lurah office. The officers arrived on time because this had something to do with absenteeism, which had an impact on the individual's disciplinary assessment as an officer.FourthService facilities on the infrastructure indicator at the Tuah Negeri village head office from the tool are quite good because of the Geotagging tool in managing SKGR but there are some that are less supportive due to inadequate room capacity where when combined with rush hours or vital hours when people come At the same time, people can queue up outside the provided lobby.Fifth Service Fees There are still unscrupulous members of the public who take advantage of opportunities from overcrowding or lack of understanding of the community who want to apply for a letter of compensation for losses in the Tuah Negeri Kelurahan.
