Abstract
So far, the Hajj and Umrah travel business activities still use conventional systems which have many drawbacks amidst the demands for using information technology. This resulted in the business activities of this travel being unable to run optimally in managing and accessing information and collecting data on prospective haj and umroh pilgrims. To provide the best service to prospective pilgrims, an information system for Hajj and Umrah services was designed. This research produced a prototype haj and umroh service information system with features for prospective pilgrims to see information about haj and umroh packages, financial data, marketing targets and can register for hajj and umroh through the system while employees facilitate administrative management of prospective hajj and umroh pilgrims and can also help make reports quickly, briefly, accurately and precisely in order to provide the best service to prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims.
