Abstract

Mitra Print Pekanbaru is a digital printing company that receives numerous orders from various sectors, such as banking, product sellers, and other business units. Currently, the business process they operate is relatively straightforward, especially regarding service orders. Due to high demand for services, the method of receiving orders via phone and scheduling meetings to discuss requested services is no longer practical. To assist customers in placing orders, the author conducted research addressing the question "How to design and build a service booking application for design services and How to facilitate customer order data management to simplify searches". The objective of this research is to aid customers in ordering design services and to simplify sellers' management of order data. The method used in designing and developing the website is the waterfall method, categorized under SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Based on the implemented system, evaluation results using a Likert scale assessment of the design service booking system show excellent performance with a 90% satisfaction rating, indicating the system is suitable for implementation. The research concludes that this design service booking system helps administrators manage order data, facilitates customers in placing design service orders, reduces design queue delays, and decreases paper usage.
