Abstract
Cyber threats are growing with the emergence of more sophisticated and diverse hacking attacks. Attacks such as malware, ransomware, and DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks can cause huge losses to companies if the server network is not properly protected. The web server must have good capabilities to serve many requests at once. Problems resulting from website server performance that is less than optimal because it cannot handle large request loads can result in web applications configured on it being disrupted or even stopping working. The school administration at MTs Nurul Islam Annajah has also been helped by technology. System digitalization is a response to technological developments and market demands. Companies that successfully adopt digitalization wisely can gain a competitive advantage, increase efficiency, and provide a better experience to users. MTs Nurul Islam Annajah conducted a thorough evaluation of the needs and objectives of this new school website. They realize that website servers must be designed with a focus on the security of student data and other sensitive information. Therefore, strong security measures will be a top priority in server development. An attempt made by an individual or group with the aim of damaging, taking over, or stopping the normal functioning of a server that runs a website. Using the firewall available on Ubuntu can help secure the server network from attempted exploit attacks.
