Abstract
This research aims to test the performance of the Wireless LAN internet network at Bina Insan Siak Hulu Vocational School using the QoS (Quality of Service) & RMA (Reliability, Maintainability and Availability) method. In this network measurement, the Qos method is used to measure internet networks with throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter parameters, while RMA is used to measure up time - down time. This research aims to test the performance of the Wireless LAN internet network at SMKS Bina Insan Siak Hulu as a reference to improve the quality of the internet network. The results of the data analysis that has been carried out show that the average throughput value for each room has a data transfer capacity that is included in the medium category, while packet loss, delay and jitter are included in the very good category. Availability of student rooms gets the best results among other rooms.
