Abstract
Information and communication technology provides many benefits for human life, one of which is that things such as social media correspondence and promotion of agricultural products can be done with the help of information technology so that the information conveyed can be easily accessed by both rural and urban communities. The use of information technology in government management is an implementation of the Instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (INPRES RI) Number 6 of 2001 concerning Telematics (Telecommunication, Media and Informatics) which states that government officials must use telematics technology to support good governance and speed up the democratic process. Current village development cannot be separated from the development of information technology, starting from the simplest such as the use of cellular telephones to smart phones or (smartphones) to the use of the internet with various features which aim to help people carry out daily activities not only in urban areas but also in urban areas. in the countryside. Designing the digitalization of public administration services in Cinta Damai village so that services to the community in Cinta Damai village can run optimally and realize good governance in the village. The existence of a website-based public administration system can help and make things easier for residents and village officials in terms of administrative matters. This system has 4 tables, namely residents, officers, families and letters and makes the administration process effective and efficient
