Abstract
In the development of IT project software that is prone to errors or inaccuracies in project management requires structured and computerized management. Webbased project management information system is an application that helps in the development of IT project software. Facilitate communication between project managers and developers, task distribution and structured processing time. With a need that must be met, it is to present project information that is fast, precise and effective. Avoid delays in the project development process that will cause losses to development operations. In this system research, each developer receives a project that has been given (assigned) by the project manager that will be carried out according to the estimates that have been determined. This system uses Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Hierarchy Chart and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) analysis. Development uses MySQL as its database and Website as a support for the running of the system and other languages such as PHP with the Laravel framework.
