Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Tourism and Sports Office of Fifty Cities District. The sampling technique in this study was to use a census technique by taking the entire population as a sample. In this case the researcher took a sample of 56 employees of the Tourism and Sports Office of the Fifty Cities District by distributing questionnaires to 56 sample employees. The method used is descriptive analysis and SPSS 25 multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
