Abstract

Many factors affect ASN job satisfaction, such as organizational culture and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on job satisfaction of ASN BPKAD Rokan Hilir Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal relationship, namely a causal relationship. So here there are independent variables (variables that influence) and dependent (influenced). The method used is multiple linear regression. The population in the study amounted to 73 with a sample of 72 excluding the leadership. Types of data using primary data with questionnaires and interviews and secondary with observation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by testing the quality of data validity and reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiconerity test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction of ASN BPKAD in Rokan Hilir Regency which is classified as good. Work discipline has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of ASN BPKAD in Rokan Hilir Regency which is classified as good. Simultaneously it shows that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction of ASN BPKAD Rokan Hilir Regency proven to be relatively good and organizational culture and work discipline have a contribution of 41.9% to the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction.
