Abstract
Human resources in every organization have a very dominant role because through the role of these humans can cooperate with each other to achieve goals by utilizing all existing resources. Employees are the most important asset in an organization. Employees have reason, feelings, desires, abilities and skills, as well as the drive to progress needed by the organization to achieve the expected goals. Managing human resources in an agency is certainly not an easy thing to do because human resources are very difficult to predict. Performance is described as the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork and job satisfaction on employee performance at Madani Regional Hospital Pekanbaru. Researchers identified these facts or events as variables that were affected, namely teamwork and job satisfaction (variable X) with performance variables (variable Y). The research method used is quantitative which aims to obtain evidence of cause-and-effect relationships. The population in this study is 200 Freelance Daily Power (THL) consisting of several service fields. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The results of the study concluded that partially teamwork had a significant effect on THL performance at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on THL performance at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. Meanwhile, teamwork and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on THL performance at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. The better the teamwork and job satisfaction, the better the THL performance at the Pekanbaru City Civil Hospital, conversely the lower the level of teamwork and job satisfaction, the lower the THL performance at the Pekanbaru City Civil Hospital.
