Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on the Pharmacy company listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2016. The examined factors of this research are debt to equity ratio, profitability, ownership structure, and firm size. The sample used in the study were 9 the Pharmacy companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2016. The data used in this research is secondary data selected based on purposive sampling method. These factors were then tested using logistic regression analysis with a significant level of 5%. These result indicate that the profitability have and influence on the timeliness of corporate financial reporting, while debt to equity ratio, ownership structure, and firm size has no affect on the timeliness of corporate financial reporting in the pharmacy companies listed in indonesiastock exchange in 2012-2016.
