Abstract

Course institutions are a form of continuing education to develop students' abilities with an emphasis on skill mastery, competency standards, attitude development and professional personality development. There are many obstacles faced by the community in getting access to education, including the quite expensive course fees, the course location being quite far away and the lack of time match with the course institution which makes people not intend to take part in informal education using course institutions. This website was built with the Laravel framework. After completion, this website was tested using blackbox testing and it was found that this website was successfully built without errors or malfunctions so that it responded well. The implementation of the system was tested by students, assistants and alumni from Universitas Islam Riau environment as respondents. Of the 30 respondents, the percentage of 88.57% who thought this website was in the "Very Good" category was obtained
