Abstract
This research discusses issues within the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, particularly in the Riau region, focusing on the broadcast content evaluation process. Each broadcast content data must undergo assessment based on criteria such as Broadcast Duration, Presentation, Content, Actors, and Language, as defined by the Riau Broadcasting Commission (KPID Riau). The chosen method for this research is the Weighted Product (WP) method. WP is a decision-making method that involves multiplying ratings of attributes, where each attribute rating is raised to the power of its corresponding weight.The data used in this research comprises broadcast data from various channels in the region. The outcome of this study is an output in the form of a ranking of all processed broadcast data, accompanied by the description of each criterion in terms of its benefit. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the implementation of the WP method for determining broadcast content yields favorable results.
