Abstract

In daily life, physical fitness will describe in a person's life in harmony, enthusiasm and creativity. In other words, a fit person is a person who has a healthy, bright outlook on his life both for the present and the future. The community and members of the gym located at the end of the rock still lack education about big muscles, lack of understanding of doing back muscle exercises correctly, including the selection and use of appropriate equipment, correct posture settings and movement techniques. The impact is discomfort during back training, lack of concentration when lifting weights and not getting maximum results and can result in injury. AR media is very good to use as a means of supporting education about the formation of the pugrum muscle. This application was created with the aim of building learning and educational media for augmented reality-based back muscle mass formation movements for the community. The application is created using Blender 3D, Unity as a 3D display and by using the markerless method and using the ARCore SDK library. Based on the tests carried out, animations can be displayed indoors and outdoors and can track locations anywhere provided that the light intensity is at least 6 lux light intensity, and in distance testing, at a distance of at least 5 cm 3D animations can appear. User testing received a score of 85.85% with the conclusion that respondents "Strongly agree" that the application can be implemented to help trainers and the public in building back muscle mass based on augmented reality.
