Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK STRESS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT SEJATI GUNA PERSADA By : AGA ILHAM YUNIOR 185210613 The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT Sejati Guna Persada. The population in this study were 70 respondents, the sample was taken using the census method, so that the sample used was 70 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work stress have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Sejati Guna Persada, but the influence between variables in behavior has a strong influence..
