Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK TRAINING ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMK HASANAH PEKANBARU BY: AULIA RAHMA YUDI 185210603 Faculty Of Economics and Business Riau Islamic University This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on teacher performance at SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru. The population in the study were all teachers who taught at Hasanah Pekanbaru Vocational School, namely 50 teachers. While the sample used in the study was 33 teachers using the accidental sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. For the data analysis method, the simple regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that job training variables were in the very good category and teacher performance variables were also in the very good category. Whereas the statistical test results show that job training has an effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the determination test it was found that job training had an influence on the performance of the Hasanah Pekanbaru Vocational School teachers. This shows that job training has a positive effect on teacher performance at SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru.
