Abstract

This research aims to produce a valid product in the form of mathematical literacy questions on the topic of System of Linear Equations with Three Variables (SPLTV) infused with Riau Malay cultural elements for 10th-grade students. This study is a development research that follows the Plomp model, which consists of four phases: preliminary investigation, design, realization/construction, and test, evaluation, and revision. Data collection was done using non-test techniques, specifically by using validation sheets provided to three validators, comprising of two Mathematics Education lecturers from FKIP UIR and one Mathematics teacher from SMA Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja. Descriptive analysis was employed to analyze the data. The research results indicate that the mathematical literacy questions have an average validity score of 53.33% from the three validators, indicating "sufficient validity." Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of mathematical literacy questions on the topic of System of Linear Equations with Three Variables (SPLTV) infused with Riau Malay cultural elements for 10th-grade students in Pekanbaru has been validated.
