Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of developing pop up book media in teaching speaking on theme 1 "growth and development of living things" sub-theme 1 "characteristics of living things" learning 1 and learning 2 in class III SDN 006 Trimulya Jaya, Pelalawan Regency. This type of development research uses a research model using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Research techniques and instruments are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study is the result of material validation, language validation, and design validation of the development of pop up book media in learning to speak on theme 1 "growth and development of living things" sub-theme 1 "characteristics of living things" learning 1 and learning 2 in class III obtained an average of 97.43% in the "Very Eligible" category. Based on the results of the validation of the values obtained from the validation of material experts obtained an average value of 100% in the "Very Eligible" category, the values obtained from the validation of linguists obtained an average value of 94.23% in the "Very Eligible" category and the value obtained from the validation of design experts obtained an average value of 97.43% in the "Very Feasible" category.
