Abstract
Technological developments are increasingly advancing rapidly, encouraging humans to create new technologies that can be more useful and make human work easier, especially in the health sector. Every disease is generally preceded by certain symptoms, this disease should be preventable and treatable easily if the disease can be diagnosed quickly and correctly. The importance of being able to identify illnesses based on the symptoms experienced is to help save children from the risk of more serious illness or death. So a study will be carried out on Early Detection of Disease in Toddlers Using the Naïve Bayes Method. This research aims to detect early disease in toddlers and help parents provide treatment/solutions for the symptoms they are experiencing. The early detection system in toddlers using the Naïve Bayes method can be operated via computer. In the early detection system there are several criteria for obtaining diagnostic results, namely through the age of the toddler, gender and symptoms that appear in the toddler. This testing involves the use of a number of sample data, namely 32 training data and 23 testing data. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the system to be built is in accordance with expectations, because the accuracy level obtained is 87%.
