Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, ownership structure, intellectual capital and leverage on financial performance. The dependent variable of this research is Financial Performance, while the independent variables include Company Size, Ownership Structure, Intellectual Capital and Leverage. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 136 Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020- 2023 period. The sample was taken based on a purposive sampling technique, so that 33 companies were obtained that met the sample criteria. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS 26 application. The research results show that company size has no effect on financial performance, while institutional ownership structure, managerial ownership structure, intellectual capital and leverage have an effect on financial performance. The research results simultaneously show that company size, institutional ownership structure, managerial ownership structure, intellectual capital and leverage influence financial performance.
