Abstract

Wi-fi network in a school must also be analyzed so that it can be known that network users or customers are satisfied or not with the network facilities provided. By knowing the Wi-fi analysis, it will be concluded that the SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru school has a good or not good Wi-fi network so that it becomes one of the references for schools to provide good services for teachers and staff. Quality of service analysis, especially throughput and delay, is able to provide a fairly good network analysis. quality of service is a method used in analyzing the wifi network mechanism at SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru which allows services to operate according to their respective characteristics in the Wi-fi network. The results of this study are Thrgouhput, delay, jitter, packet loss on average in very good and good categories with index values of 4 and 3.66.
