Abstract
Digital technology has brought easier access to information, shortened the distance between individuals through social media platforms, and produced innovations that have an impact on sectors such as health, education, business, and entertainment. The presence of the internet, mobile technology, big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing increasingly form the basis of digital change. In this situation, adaptation and use of digital technology is imperative, enabling the global community to explore new opportunities and overcome challenges in more efficient and innovative ways. Chiki Pet & Vet veterinary clinic is a facility that provides medical and care services for pets and livestock. Its main goal is to ensure the health and welfare of animals, as well as provide the necessary services to prevent and treat disease. This clinic still uses manual management so that many data errors are found and patient data is lost. The consultations provided are offline so prospective patients must come to the clinic first to get information on their pet's health. The veterinary clinic information system designed can help customers and clinic managers in carrying out promotions and managing consultation bookings. Through the system, customers can view information related to pet care, pet shops and make bookings for pet consultations
