Abstract

the above understanding that companies that utilize or carry out their business in the field of or utilize natural resources are required to carry out Social and Environmental Responsibility, where the purpose of this TJSL is to continue to protect economic sustainability and environmental sustainability, both the community and the environment. The main problem in this research is how are the legal rules regarding social and environmental responsibility that are not carried out by companies? How is the implementation of law enforcement on social and environmental responsibility that is not carried out by the company? The research that the author made belongs to the type of qualitative approach research. Normative law research.
