Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Financial Performance, Company Size, Institutional Ownership on Company Value. The population used in this study are industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. Sample selection using Purposive Sampling, based on the sample selection criteria for Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), a total of 32 companies from 152 industrial sector companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, the data collection method uses the documentation method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27 for Windows. Research results: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has a significant effect on Firm Value, (2) EVA Financial Performance has a influence on Firm Value, (3) Company Size has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, (4) Institutional ownership has a significant effect on Firm Value.
