Abstract
THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT PEKANBARU DISTRIBUSINDO PEKANBARU RAYA By: LIZA ANGRAINI 185210216 This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance at PT Pekanbaru Distributionndo Raya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 78 employees. Sampling using the census method so that all the population is used as a sample of 78 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation,questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is theanalysis of the simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pekanbaru Distributionndo Raya Pekanbaru. The level of relationship between the two variables is in the medium category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
